Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and enhance our advanced automated trading platform.
• Utilize technical expertise to automate manual workflows and drive business scalability.
• Develop automated visualizations and reports to extract essential insights.
• Engage in projects aimed at boosting trading profitability and managing risk.
• Monitor and evaluate trading activities within our automated market-making operations.
• Analyze corporate events and their effects on portfolio performance, implementing automation where possible.
• Oversee and improve financing structures, capital management, and electronic trading costs and incentives.
• Manage stock lending practices, short-sale expenses, and risks associated with settlement and buy-ins.
• Ensure compliance with registered market making and Lead Market Making standards.
Qualifications:
